We have been looking for Android application to help us format our tags to NDEF.
This is the basic format other phone devices uses like Xperia Lumia 820 and 920.
We have found one good android apps to do the job and called " Smart Tag Maker "
Simple, straight forward and can be use to reformat anytime you want. It works well on our tags and you should try it yourself.

Below is the best so far android apps for writing and reading NFC tags. I have tried most of it, by so far NFC task launcher is the best for us. With its capability to send sms and other, it far more flexible to daily needs.
